Wow what a day ya'll get a double Journal woot . Oh i know what do you do when your hungry but there nothing to eat. well my dear when your a culinary student not to mention a collage student you find food lol.

So i was thinking had my self a little thinking and i saw some steak left over from the other day and of course we always have onion and pepper around so what did i do some whip up some Delicious fajitas Baby like a boss.

So here how it was the meat i had left over was flank steak , not the thinner real fajitas meat but it still is just has Delicious. I cut it into strips of course set that aside and went to the onions.
You cut in long ways to get the typical cut long and dangle like so that they cook evenly and nicely.
Then i got my pepper cut in up julienne like the onions and put them to the pan.  

than i got them suckers in a flour Tortillas  and ate them with some yummy salsa and sour cream it was SOOOOO
